Una troballa, seguint les orientacions de les recomanacions de Google Maps hem anat a parar a aquest petit paradís del bon menjar. Certament la cura pels detalls de la cuina italiana s ha conjugat a la perfecció amb la base rústica i el sabor ancestral de la carn passada pel foc. Una selecció amplia de pastes per sorprendre els sentits amb la intensitat dels gustos i l alegria de les combinacions. I un ventall de carns de diferents textures, preus i acabats, per satisfer tots els paladars. Recomanació: engegueu amb l entrant de la casa, una molt bona introducció al mon gastronomic del Gaucho Italiano. I les postres ? ... Ja ho escriureu vosaltres en la vostra resenya .... I el cafè ? Deliciós .... I accepten grups de persones: increible compartir espai amb una taula de 12 persones i poder xiuxiuejar amb la teva parella ...
Superb meats & delicious wines. Unfortunately (and unbelievable) there were no other guests???
Viste cuando entrás a un restaurante y pensás “ojalá no me cobren fortuna por un bife”? Bueno, es acá. Arranqué con las mollejas, qué decir…. doraditas, tiernas, con ese punto justo entre el cielo y la culpa. Después vinieron los ñoquis, suaves como abrazos de la abuela. El asado… mamita. Jugoso, con ese olorcito que te hace escuchar el himno de fondo mientras lo comés. Y cuando pensamos que ya estaba, aparecieron como Moria y Susana en el Maipo: un tiramisú y una panacotta de dos sabores…. Un espectáculo. Dignos precios, sabores gloriosos y un nivel de placer gastronómico que debería venir con advertencia médica.
It’s a close space with few tables, it has the best of Italy and Argentina, which is a great combination. The problem with being a close space is that when it’s full it can get a bit noisy. The servers where kind and explained everything, they added or replaced items with no extra cost (as long as it wasn’t exaggerated). The food was divine. I mean… the best of both worlds, yeah, but the products, the care and the options… mouthwatering. Even the desserts are delicious. I will come back.
